Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: 8 June 2026

This page explains how to delete your Boss Buddy AI data, including any data obtained from connected Facebook, Instagram or Threads accounts.

Option A — Disconnect a social account (instant)

In the Boss Buddy dashboard, open Social media content → Social account binding and click 解綁 / Disconnect next to the platform. This immediately removes the stored access token and stops all access to that account. We retain no further Platform data for it.

Option B — Delete your whole account & data

  1. Email [email protected] from your registered email or with your login phone number, subject "Delete my account".
  2. We verify ownership and delete your account, uploaded photos, generated content, social connections/tokens, and published-post records we hold.
  3. We confirm by email within 30 days. Limited records may be retained only where required for legal or accounting purposes.

Note: deleting Boss Buddy data does not delete posts already published to your own Facebook/Instagram/Threads — those live on your accounts and you control them there.

What gets deleted

Merchant account & login, brand profile, uploaded photos and generated posters/captions, social connections and access tokens, and the post/insight records we created on your behalf.

方式 A（即时）：后台「社交媒体内容 → 社交平台绑定」点「解綁」，立即删除该平台的授权令牌、停止一切访问。

方式 B（删整个账号）：用注册邮箱或登录电话发邮件到 [email protected]，主题「删除我的账号」。核实后我们删除你的账号、上传照片、生成内容、社交绑定与令牌、以及我们代发的帖子记录，30 天内邮件确认（法律/会计所需的少量记录可能保留）。已发布到你自己 FB/IG/Threads 的帖子不受影响，由你在自己账号管理。
